Step 2:
Identify Hotel Products and Budget

Then we focus on the selected hotels, clean up any reporting issues, and build the program around your offers, products, and budget so the outreach is targeted and effective.

Step 3:
Hotel Acquisition

From there, our hotel calling team contacts the hotels and presents the opportunity using the approved offer, products, and program details you selected. That gives the hotels a clear reason to participate and helps generate interest more efficiently. We establish and solidify your annual hotel partnership.

Step 4:
Annual Review, Proofing & Production

After calling is completed, we move into production and rollout. That can include introductory materials, a hotel love letter, free pizza gift certificates, and monthly hotel marketing shipments depending on the program structure you choose.

Step 5:
Inventory checks, and Annual Renewal

The program is built to be measurable. We review hotel sales reporting, identify connection issues, and use marketwide spreadsheets and hotel sales history to help you understand the value of the opportunity. Our team will continue to check inventory and monitor free pizza reports throughout the year. The program is based on an annual partnership that will renew every year.
